"This is a public testing preview, not a production, emergency-service, UNICEF-approved, or Google Play release.",
"Build 23 installed successfully over build 22 on a Samsung SM-A042F without uninstalling or clearing app data. Full handset acceptance remains pending, including retained drafts, the decoy PIN after a restart, photo import, TalkBack and the lower-memory device matrix.",
"Accounts, report submission and sync run on SafeRide's own server. In the supervised HURIA pilot on the Kenyan Coast, a report the user chooses to escalate, with their consent, reaches HURIA's caseworkers. SafeRide is not an emergency service.",
"The certificate matches builds 21 and 22 and differs from the August preview. Do not uninstall or clear data to bypass signing conflicts; contact SafeRide to preserve drafts.",
"Build 23 turns off Android backup of the app's data and no longer requests the display-over-other-apps permission.",
"The optional on-device assistant downloads 5,071,837,136 bytes (4.72 GiB), needs about 5.22 GiB free storage (8-10 GB free recommended) and an arm64 device.",
"Outside the supervised HURIA pilot, use synthetic test reports only; do not enter real survivor reports, evidence, credentials, or exact locations during unsupervised testing."
